Terms of service
These terms govern a TVmate subscription. Reading them takes a few minutes and they are written to be understood without a lawyer present.
What the service is
TVmate provides access to a lineup of live channels and an on-demand library, delivered over your own internet connection. A subscription is access to that lineup for a fixed, prepaid term. It is not hardware, not a player application, and nothing is shipped to you.
You supply the device and the internet connection. We supply the access details and the support needed to get them working.
Prepaid terms
Terms run for three, six, twelve or twenty-four months and are paid once in advance. Nothing renews automatically. At the end of a term the service stops unless you have paid for a further term.
We hold no payment method on file. There is therefore nothing to cancel and no charge to prevent.
Screens and devices
A subscription covers one, two or three devices, and each device plays one screen at a time. A one device subscription plays on one screen; a two or three device subscription plays on that many screens at once. You may move each of them between your own devices as often as you wish.
Sharing access details outside your household is not permitted and may result in the subscription being suspended without refund.
Availability
We aim for uninterrupted service, but no internet service can be guaranteed absolutely. Individual channels may be added, removed or replaced during your term as sources change.
Where a stream fails, contact support and we will work with you until it plays. Brief interruptions are not grounds for a refund.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own internet connection, your own device, and the player application you install on it. We do not supply, distribute or host player applications.
You agree not to rebroadcast, resell or publicly display the service unless you hold a reseller agreement with us.
Suspension
We may suspend or terminate a subscription that breaches these terms, in particular where access details are shared beyond the permitted use.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published here, and the date above records when it last changed. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to a term you have already paid for.
