How to set up IPTV streaming apps on your TV, laptop or phone.
Setting up takes three things: a screen, a player app on it, and the details we send. TVmate is a subscription, not hardware — nothing is shipped to you and there is nothing to buy from us. We send the details once you have paid, usually inside five minutes, by WhatsApp or email. A short install tutorial comes with them. That is when the details arrive, not when you are watching — the player still has to be installed and the details entered. We do not finish until a channel is playing.

A player app — you will also see them called IPTV streaming apps — is the program that turns a subscription into a picture. You install it once on the device you want to watch on, enter the details we send, and it handles the rest. We issue access in the standard formats — Xtream Codes, an M3U line, or a portal address — so a player that reads one of those will connect. Xtream Codes is three values: a username, a password and a URL. An M3U line is one link that carries the same thing in a single string. Which you get depends on your setup, and the chat asks before we send. TiviMate and IPTV Smarters are two of the common ones. If what you have is a set-top box that takes a portal address, there is no app to install. We send the portal instead and the box does the rest. We do not supply or distribute player apps and we do not host them. They come from your device’s own app store, and we have no control over what they cost or whether they stay available, so we name common ones rather than recommend one. Whatever a player app costs, it is not part of what you pay us: the subscription is the only thing we charge for. Once you have one installed on your device, message us and we will help you connect it.
Getting connected
- Open a WhatsApp chat and say which device you are using.
- We send you the details to enter in the player app.
- You enter them, and we confirm the first channel opens before we close the chat.
When a channel does not open
Send us what the screen says and the device it is on. Most problems are settled in the same conversation.
