Refund policy
Terms are prepaid, so this page sets out plainly when money comes back and when it does not. The trial exists so you do not have to guess.
Try before you pay
A twenty-four hour trial is available on request. It carries the same lineup as a paid term and costs nothing. Using it is the surest way to know the service works on your connection and your device before money changes hands.
When we refund
If the service cannot be made to work on your device within the first forty-eight hours of a new term, and support has not been able to resolve it, we refund the term in full.
If a term was charged twice, or charged after you asked us not to proceed, we refund the duplicate immediately.
When we do not refund
We do not refund part-used terms because you have changed your mind, nor a term that has been running for more than forty-eight hours.
We do not refund brief interruptions, individual channels that are removed by their source during a term, or problems caused by your own internet connection or device.
We do not refund subscriptions suspended for sharing access details outside the permitted use.
How to ask
Write to help@tvmate.us or use the support chat. Say which term you bought, when, and what went wrong. We answer daily and most replies land in under an hour.
How long it takes
Approved refunds are returned by the same route the payment came in. How quickly it appears depends on that provider rather than on us.
No automatic charges
Because nothing auto-renews and we hold no payment method, there is no such thing as an unexpected charge from us. If you see one, tell us at once.
