- What if a stream stalls?

- Do I need to buy anything to watch?
- Not from us. TVmate is a subscription rather than hardware, so nothing is shipped and there is nothing else to pay us for. A player app goes on a television, laptop or phone you already have, and we send the details to enter.
- Can I see the channel list?

- What do I do when my term ends?

- Can I watch on two screens at the same time?
